Pet Policy

Cats Welcome Upon Approval. Limit of 2 cats per home. A $500 refundable cat deposit will be required for the first cat. An additional $150 refundable deposit will be charged for the second cat. No pet rent required. We happily accept small caged pets such as hamsters or small birds that are smaller than a dollar bill at full-grown size. We also accept fish tanks that are less than twenty gallons.
