Cats are welcome with prior approval.
A maximum of two cats is allowed per home. A $500 refundable deposit is required for the first cat, with an additional $150 refundable deposit for a second cat.
Monthly pet rent is $25 per cat.
We happily accept small caged pets such as hamsters or small birds that are smaller than a dollar bill at full-grown size.
We also accept fish tanks that are less than twenty gallons.
